Position Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Location: Onsite - New Brighton, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $20/hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assemble products with care and accuracy, following detailed instructions and quality standards
  • Record daily production output
  • Manage inventory of components and tools to support manufacturing needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S principles
  • Identify and report any quality or process concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
  • Assist with packaging and shipping of products and materials
  • Meet individual productivity goals
  • Follow regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse roles
  • Bonus: Experience in medical device assembly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and navigate ERP and QMS systems
