Position Title: Manufacturing Specialist
Location: Onsite - New Brighton, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour

What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble products with care and accuracy, following detailed instructions and quality standards
- Record daily production output
- Manage inventory of components and tools to support manufacturing needs
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with 5S principles
- Identify and report any quality or process concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Assist with packaging and shipping of products and materials
- Meet individual productivity goals
- Follow regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support operations
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse roles
- Bonus: Experience in medical device assembly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Outlook
- Willingness to learn and navigate ERP and QMS systems
